Having won the Surrey Senior Women’s Championship earlier this year Jenny was eligible to play in the England Golf National “Champion of Champions” Finals open to every 2026 England Ladies County Champion held on 5th/6th September on the Bracken course at Woodhall Spa.

An excellent opening round of 75  for the over 50s was followed by a nervy second one of 82 shots for a 13 over par total, which was sufficient to win the event by 5 shots from Bedfordshire’s Sue Caley.

Surrey eligible, as a Walton Heath member since she graduated from university her roots though are totally at St Enodoc which she joined age 11 – over 40 years ago and her game was solidly grounded from all the coaching from Andy Simpson in the junior classes.
