St. Enodoc Golf Club - Summer dates for the diary

Summer dates for the diary

There will be two special days of golf this summer at St Enodoc. The first is on July 3rd when we have the mixed foursomes flag competition on both courses followed by a BBQ. The Queen’s 90th official birthday celebrations will be the week or so before this, but though we will be a bit late, we aim to make this day a part of that special event.

The Union Jack will be flying not just on the flagpole but out on the course as well. Competitors are ‘invited’ to be dressed in red, white and blue (Nick has some very fetching Union Jack trousers and caps on sale). The BBQ will be as sumptuous as ever and this year the music will be provided by the Jaguars.

Club Captain’s Day is on Saturday August 6th with a shotgun start on both courses. At 5pm David Edwards, one of the best trick shot specialists in the world, will be giving his amazing 50 minute show. David travels the world with this show (The Club Captain caught up with him on his way to China having just come back from Dubai!). Ask around to the few members who have seen him in action or visit his website and view some of his videos to realise what a spectacle it will be. Presentations, with a video of the day compiled by David Edwards with his unique commentary will playing on the TV whilst you enjoy the BBQ at the end the day.

Tickets for the BBQs will be £15 each day and will be available nearer the time.
