Saturday 21st March - Update on Status re Playing Golf

Following the update from the Government this evening it is becoming close to the point of closing the Clubhouse altogether.

If you are planning to play golf tomorrow the only area of the Clubhouse that will have access will be the Changing Rooms and the policy for entry in to retrieve your clubs and equipment will be on a one in one out basis. There will be a member of staff to supervise this, and they will request that you sanitise your hands on the way in and out of the building.

We highly recommend that if you plan on continuing to play golf until such times as any advice bans us from this activity that you collect your equipment and take it with you, as in the coming days it is more than likely that the whole building will have to close.

Those members who wish to continue playing golf we request that you continue to book your tee times online or call the Club Office who will assist you in enabling you to play.

Please adhere to the Government advice on Social Distancing and stay 'at least 2 metres apart from each person'.

We appreciate your ongoing cooperation and patience.

We will continue to give updates as as when further decisions have been actioned.

Thank you
