On Saturday 1st March 76 players teed it up from an interesting variety of tees to play in this unique but fun format. Teams of four had six red tees, six white and six blue with 2 scores to count off the blues, 3 off the whites and all four to count of the red tees.
As usual it was the red tees that flummoxed the men. Too tough for us those red tees!
The day was very pleasant weather-wise but the breeze did come up a bit in the afternoon, making the final six holes a good challenge - particularly the blue tee on the 14th!
The day was won by a very good score of 110 points by the team of Keith Hawke, David Bastard, Andy Carthew and Les Spong.
