St. Enodoc Golf Club - Ladies Daily Mail Foursomes
Penny Cartwright & Caroline Hume Kendall travelled to Bowood today for Round 1 of the Daily Mail Foursomes.
They were drawn there against the home pair of Kim Mundy & Sam Hobbs. Giving 9 shots Penny & Caroline were 1 down after 3, but they then went on to win 3 holes on the trot to go 2 up.
They lost the 7th but then went on to win 8,9,10,11 & 12 to go 5 up. They lost the 13th and as the snow started, halved the 14th to win 5 & 4. Well done!
The draw for the 2nd round will be published on Monday 19th where we hope they get a home draw.
