On Tuesday 25th June, a Medal Competition was held on the Holywell Course, winner of the day was Jane Windeler with an excellent nett 61, followed by Gilly Ffrench-Blake in second place with a nett 63. This competition counts as one of the six Holywell medals in the Beason Cup Series, the trophy is awarded to the player with the best three nett scores.
A 3-2-1 Team Competition took place on the Church Course where players were hoping to get off to a good start with all three scores to count on the first six holes. This format along with the fine weather led to a most enjoyable day.

The Inter-Club Handicap Shield Competition will take place at Launceston Golf Club on Thursday 4th July. The following players have been selected to represent St Enodoc are Edna Alford, Viv Steer, Tamsin Blake, Sue Richards.
Ladies Captains Day
Lynn Ashcroft hosted a very successful Captains Day on Sunday 30th June which was an opportunity for her to thank all the players for their support this year. Pimms and shortbread were served at the 10th tee on both courses by Sue Willmott, Shannon and Nigel Ashcroft to energise teams for the remainder of the round.

Players were organised into nineteen teams of three and the best two scores on each hole had to be recorded. There were also individual prizes for nearest the pin and longest drives.
On returning to the Club house, the ladies enjoyed tea and cakes whilst anticipating the results. Both Competitions were extremely close with positions being decided by a single point or on count back.
