The annual Chicken Chase competition was rescheduled and held on Saturday 5th January.
A later start @1000 saw Ladies arrive, eager to get out and enjoy the dry,but cold start.
54 ladies ventured out to enjoy golf and refreshments served by Chris Dymond & Beth Elliott.
Mulled wine provided by Wappo along with sausages, cheese & pineapple, grapes and cheddar cheeses. Chris Dymond donated chocolate banana bread.
Everyone in the Restaurant provided us with beautifully laid up tables and efficient staff served up a delicious Christmas Lunch.
Kath Biddle organised interim entertainment based on spoonerism: Rindercella with the help of Gloria. Pat, Jane B, Terri & Annie C.
Following dessert and coffee, Sue thanked everyone for their support. Kath for the excellent prize table and the entertainment.

On reaching the first tee off point all teams had a sealed envelope, in it was ‘List as many of the new rule changes as you can’. After explaining our one prize policy-Celia Jarvis’s team won the Chocolate Oranges!
The annual car parking space was won by Janet Walton.
A member kindly donated a lovely Barbour Coat which was raffled and won by Anne Mayne.
£236 was raised for the Heli Appeal.
