Reopening after lockdown - Wednesday 2nd December 2020

The facilities will be reopening from next Wednesday, as much detail as we currently have regarding playing golf and socialising are available below - further information updates will be made once we have been briefed by the government.

Golf -

Following the announcements made by the U.K. government on Monday 23rd November 2020 the permission has been given to reopen the Golf Club from Wednesday 2nd December.

The Management Committee has interpreted the regulations and rules in the COVID WINTER PLAN to mean that regardless of what tier Cornwall is placed into the activity of golf is permitted within the rule of six (without restriction of number of households). Booking for members will recommence from Wednesday 25th November (7 day rule) from 07:30am either online or by phoning the Club on 01208 863216.

All scheduled competitions and Member Block Bookings will continue as normal.

Hospitality -

The Committee awaits further confirmation on Thursday 26th November to which tiering we will be placed and determine what effect this will have on our Clubhouse operation.

Inside the Clubhouse -

In all cases everyone using the Clubhouse building must wear a facemask when not seated, regularly sanitise their hands and comply with all of the social distance regulations in place.

Service will remain as 'Table Service Only'.

We look forward to welcoming you back to enjoy some golf and socialising from the middle of next week.
