A field of 74 golfers entered for round 6 of the Cory Cup played on the 16th February. Expectations for some good scoring were high as once again the Saturday competition was played in dry conditions with light winds.
One man who certainly exceeded these expectations was Robbie Moore who had a fantastic front nine score of 24 points including an eagle two on the fourth hole and a hole in one on the eighth hole, Robbie returned a back nine score of 17 points for a brilliant 18 hole score of 41 points to take first place followed by Simon Lewins in second place who scored a very good 38 points. Ian McKelvey took third place coming in with a solid 36 points. With 3 rounds to go Andy Bunt leads the overall from Pete George, Greg Mather and Robbie Moore.
