Since the last email was sent there has been a further member of staff that has self isolated as a precaution and following the guidelines from the NHS.

Management Committee Meeting Note - Re contingency

The Management Committee held a meeting re contigency planning and the notes will be available to read in the meeting note archive on the Club Website.


The Clubhouse remains open (Tuesday 17th March) and staffed and food and drink are available.

All the P.S.I. screens have been removed to avoid contact - anyone anticipating competing in any Club competition can either pay online via the intelligent golf software or app, or pay on the day by entering their name on the sheet by the lectern and putting their money in the box.

Contingency re opening hours and staff availability will be communicated if any service has to be reduced or closed.


The courses are open with some advisory changes.

  • Please when putting leave the flags in position to avoid contact.
  • All the rakes have been removed to avoid contact.

The Courses will also remain open until further notice and any further mandatory instruction from the Government, we will update you if the situation has to change.
