Round 6 of the Colonel's and Metropole Cup series was played on Saturday 25th July by 83 players looking to improve their positions in the relevant division cup events. Two players in particular distinguished themselves with some exceptional scores - Mark Westlake scored 39 points to win Division I and Charles Rayment followed suit with a very good 38 points to take top honours in Division II. Charles' next closest competitor was on 33 points, so he was a very comfortable winner. Richard Hawken also had a good day with 37 points in Division I and remains well in contention in the Colonel's Cup series. Two competitions remain in the series and there are still a few names who could claim the titles in mid September.
