It was a decent day for the Cecil Carr 4 clubs competition this week with sixty three entries all trying to decide which four clubs to do battle with! On this occassion Dennis Brown picked the perfect combination to manage his way to a winning score of 33pts.
Remarkably having recorded no scores on five of the holes Byron Weston came in second place on countback with 32pts and the outcome could have been very diffierent if had he scored on those holes! Jeremy Knight also found himself in a similar position with 32pts in third place. New in to the St Enodoc fold and at the first attempt made the prizes in fourth place was Nick Richards with 31pts on countback and James Hutchings following in fifth place. Colin Reynolds made an appearance this week into sixth with 30pts followed by a four way tie for Anthony Newman, Davey Tilley, Alex Symes and Keith Searle respectively all on 29pts.
Saturday's competition is Round 4 of the 4BBB Williams Cup Series.
