Weather damages bridge at the 5th

Published: 29th October 2013

Whilst the club were busy battening down the hatches for the predicted winds on Sunday night, no one imagined the real threat was the rain. In fact, so much water came through the stream running down the Church Course that it came over the bridge at the 5th hole and tore out a large section of the pathway. Repairs are now under way but for the time being buggy traffic will be diverted to the 15th bridge.
