As followers of our Twitter feed will already know our three boys and their partners yesterday safely navigated the 1st round of the 2015 Sunningdale Foursomes the country's most prestigious Foursomes competition. This long standing event is open to all under a handicap system all its own with men pros off +1, men amateurs Scratch, lady pros 2, lady amateurs 4 and with everyone playing off the men's tees.

Antony Nash & Bethan Popel won 5&3, Mark Justice & Lisa McGowan won 1 up (beating well known Cornish Pro's O'Hanlon and Sadler) and Joe Cruse & Tom Fox won 4&3. As we write they are again out on the course and our TwitterMiester will bring you the results as they come in. If you do not already follow our Twitter account (@stenodocgolf) give it a try; there is amusing and informative stuff to read and look at. If Twitter is not your scene keep an eye on this space again tomorrow.
