St Enodoc rated 6th best course in England

Published: 25th April 2017

Golf World, in the June issue, have produced their Top 100 courses in England which they do every two years. To our delight St Enodoc has moved up to 6th place - a massive jump of 9 spots which in view of the quality of the courses vying for good rankings is really a staggering achievement.

Courses are marked on various criteria some of which like location there is little that can be altered but there was one most notable score of Presentation where St Enodoc was behind only Royal Lytham & St Annes, Royal Liverpool (Hoylake) both of which are Open rota courses, The Alwoodley and Ferndown whose greens were rated the best in England. So congratulations particularly to Scott Gibson and all his team, their work has been recognised as being of the highest standard and for which we Members can be duly proud.
