Red Hot Golf matched the Weather for the Ladies

Published: 19th July 2013

On Tuesday 16th July Stableford Competitions were held on both courses, there were some red hot performances to match the current weather conditions and consequently handicaps have come tumbling down. Having just played her way out of the Bronze Division two weeks ago, Tamsin Blake produced another fine round of golf on the Church Course to claim top spot in Division One with a total of 40 points. This “purple patch” has resulted in a handicap reduction of eight shots in just over two weeks.

Not to be outdone, the Holywell Competition also registered some impressive scoring with Sue Moore winning the day with a total of 42 points followed by Revel Webb in second place with 38 points.
