More success for the Ladies at the County Championships

St Enodoc Ladies have so far won six of the eight trophies awarded for the 36 holes played on Tuesday.

Katie Rule won the Aston Bowl for the lowest gross with 77 and she was also runner up for the 36 hole prize with a total of 161.

Lauren Williams won the Challenge Cup (36 hole h/cap) with a net score of 147. She also won the prize for the best morning net score and the Judy Taylor Trophy for the best score by a player under the age of 25.

In the knock out stages of the Championships Sarah Sanderson lost on the 20th to Jan Sargeant late yesterday for a place in the semi-final. Whilst Katie Rule beat Louisa McCartney 7 & 6. Katie now plays Jan in the semi-final today.
