The St Enodoc Junior Academy has been awarded for 2016 the prestigious Golf Mark accreditation which is an initiative from Golf England to promote junior golf nationally. The award which we first received in 2011 was presented by Cornwall Golf Development Officer Simon Wood to the Club. The programme covers four areas, recruitment & retention, coaching & competition, management & sustainability and safeguarding.

Our thanks for all of the hard work on the programme must initially go to Lynn Ashcroft on the organisation side and Mark Arrowsmith, our Teaching Professional, on the coaching side both of whom have worked tirelessly over the years. They have been helped by a large number of our Members, too numerous to mention, in both regular roles and also as Saturday volunteers. A great effort by the Club and as a result a deserved reward for the Academy which goes from strength to strength.
