English Amateur Championship - Day 2

With a fair number of golfers still on the course it looks as if Joe Cruse and Antony Nash are likely to miss the cut by a single shot.

Antony in particular was very well placed to qualify. Playing today at Silloth he stood on the 18th tee 1 over par having just eagled the par 5 17th to get his round right back on track. The 18th at Silloth is a very tough finishing hole and so it proved as Antony ran up a triple bogey 7.
