In bright and breezy conditions on Sunday 31st August the Cole Rayment White Cup was played on the Holywell Course. This was a Texas Scramble with teams consisting of a Junior, Lady and Gentleman. There was some excellent play by the Juniors with the Cup being won by Lottie Clemens, Larry Barnecutt and Paul Clemens. Congratulations on a fine performance.

Fourth:   Emily Clemens, Cath Buscombe, Terry Buscombe

Thanks to Penny Cartwright and the Rabbits for organising the day, with the help of John Bower, Geraldine Keohane and our Captain Tony Rounsevell who presented the trophy. Thanks also to the Bar staff for all their help and the tasty cheesy chips that were enjoyed by all. On behalf of the Juniors, Fergal Donnellon thanked the organisers, ladies, gentlemen and parents for making the day possible.

It was great to see so many of our Junior members in the Clubhouse and we look forward to seeing our Junior section go from strength to strength under the expert guidance of Mark Arrowsmith.
