The Chris Harbour Charity Day which was held at St Enodoc earlier this year raised a total of £6746. On Sunday 19th October, Club Captain Tony Rounsevell was pleased to present representatives from two local charities with cheques for £1000.

Tony and Ann Gregan were delighted to receive the donation on behalf of Friends of Bodmin Hospital. This charity provides care and support to the patients and staff by meeting requests for equipment not provided by the NHS. The current project is to provide facilities to enable an End of Life Room where patients who are terminally ill and in their last days can be nursed and cared for by staff and their families.

John and Julia Treglown established the Chris Treglown Foundation Fund in 2012 in memory of their son Chris. Singing was his passion and the aim of the foundation is to support young singers through annual monetary awards as well as organising workshops where performers can gain confidence and enhance their musical skills. Julia thanked the St Enodoc members for their generous contribution.
