A Stableford, a match and the Ladies Captain's away day

On Tuesday a Stableford Competition was played on both courses. On the Church Course the Division 1 winner was Ruth East with 35 points followed by Fiona Lunt on 34. In Third place was Heather Webber with 34 points. In Division 2 Lynn Ashcroft took first place with 32 points with daughter Shannon taking second with 31. Anne Humphreys came in third with 30 points. On the Holywell Course Jane Symons had a brilliant 38 points to cut her handicap and win the competition. Rita Bentley took second place with 36 points on countback from Fiona Darling.

On Wednesday St Enodoc Ladies played away against Launceston in another League match and were very pleased to win 4-3. On Friday the annual Lady Captain's Away Day took place at St Austell Golf Club, which, with the sun shining at last, was very much enjoyed by all.
