ETIQUETTE and SPEED OF PLAY: Players are reminded that it is their responsibility to ensure the safety of others. You must not hit the ball unless it is safe to do so. A course ranger will be helping to keep play moving; please do as he asks. If you lose a complete hole, call the following group through. If you lose a ball, call the following group through sooner rather than later. 2 ball matches have priority on the courses. As a guide to speed of play, 2 balls should expect to be on the 7th tee in 1 hour, and the 10th tee in 1 hour 30 minutes; 4 balls on the 7th tee in 1 hour 20 minutes, and the 10th tee in 2 hours.

DRESS REGULATIONS: St Enodoc seeks to provide an experience reflecting excellent standards both on the courses and in the clubhouse. Members and guests are respectfully reminded that we request a standard of dress to reflect those values. To avoid embarrassment please ensure that you and your party are properly attired. If you are unclear about the details of our policy, please ask a staff member for clarification. On the courses Ladies and Gentlemen should wear recognised golf attire. Such attire does not include blue denim, beach wear, football or rugby shirts. Please wear proper golf shoes with socks on the courses. We regret that visitors may not bring dogs onto the course.
DOGS: We regret that visitors are not permitted to bring dogs onto the courses.
IN THE CLUBHOUSE: Please respect the same smart casual standards in the clubhouse. Soft spikes and dimple-soled shoes may be worn in Reception and the Conservatory. Please do not wear trainers or flip flops in the clubhouse.
IN THE DINING ROOM: Other than for special functions which may require a jacket and tie, smart casual is again the accepted attire. Please do not wear shorts in the Dining Room.
MOBILE TELEPHONES: Please be sure phones, tablets and laptops are only used on silent mode at all times. We accept that in emergency situations on the courses use of a mobile phone may be essential.
SOCIETIES: Societies are most welcome and all arrangements should be agreed in advance with the General Manager and his staff to ensure that you have a good day. Societies are then asked to confirm in writing and pay an agreed deposit one week in advance. A wide range of meals is available in our popular restaurant, which overlooks the beautiful Camel Estuary and the 18th green. Please contact lain Gray (01208 863216 or 01208 869902) or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss the catering requirements for your society. Notice would be greatly appreciated.
